Below, we explain how trading on an XL Alpha Account works.
 

DESCRIPTION

An XL Alpha Account is a 100% funded account where you can trade your preferred strategy without limitations or restrictions.
 

• No daily or weekly drawdown limits

• Static 20% maximum drawdown

• No minimum trading days

• No consistency rules

• No performance targets

• No strategy restrictions

• EAs, robots, and AI trading allowed

• News trading permitted

• Overnight trading permitted

SECURITY DEPOSIT

To cover the downside risk associated with an XL Alpha Account, a security deposit equal to 20% of the funded capital is required.

Example:
$100,000 funded account = $20,000 security deposit

• Forex

• Cryptocurrencies

• Metals

• Oil

• Commodities
   

LEVERAGE

You may maximize your profit potential by utilizing leverage of up to 1:500 based on the XL Alpha capital provided by XLTRADE.
 

MARGIN UTILIZATION

You may use the capital for margin utilization, however XLTRADE reserves the right to limit margin utilization to avoid unreasonable risk exposure.
 

XLTRADE XL ALPHA CAPITAL

Your XL Alpha capital will be made available immediately upon account activation.
 

NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS

You may open and maintain an unlimited number of accounts of any size. However, XLTRADE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the number of accounts or reject any account application.
 

ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSITS

Additional security deposits will increase the account size accordingly.

XLTRADE reserves the right to reject additional deposits at its sole discretion.
 

PROFIT SHARE

The profit share on an XL Alpha Account is 80%.
 

PROFIT WITHDRAWALS

You may request a profit withdrawal every 15 calendar days, starting from the date you commence trading.

Withdrawals may be made via bank wire transfer or cryptocurrency. You will be required to provide your banking details or a cryptocurrency wallet address.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least three business days prior to a Withdrawal Day.

All positions and pending orders must be closed or cancelled on the Withdrawal Day. If any open positions or orders remain on the account, the withdrawal request will be rejected.
 

MINIMUM TRADING DAYS

There are no minimum trading day requirements on an XL Alpha Account.
 

STRATEGY

You may trade any strategy and utilize any EA. However, all trading strategies are subject to review.
XLTRADE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate an account if it determines that an unreasonable, incomprehensible, or unrealistic trading strategy is being used.
 

MAXIMUM ACCOUNT DRAWDOWN

The maximum account drawdown is 20% of the starting balance and is static.

Example:
If you trade on a $100,000 XL Alpha Account, the maximum drawdown level is $80,000.
 

DAILY AND WEEKLY DRAWDOWN

There are no daily or weekly drawdown limits on an XL Alpha Account.
 

INITIAL ACCOUNT TERM

An initial account term of 180 calendar days applies from the date the account is opened. Upon expiration of this term, you may close your account at any time. Any unused portion of the security deposit will be returned to you.
 

ADMINISTRATION FEE

A one-time administration fee of 1.5% of the account size will be charged for the setup of an XL Alpha Account. The administration fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
 

DEACTIVATION

An XL Alpha Account will be terminated if the account balance or equity falls below the maximum drawdown level of 20% of the starting balance.
Example:
For a $100,000 XL Alpha Account, the balance or equity must not fall below $80,000.
 

ACCOUNT REVIEW

On each Withdrawal Day, and at any other time deemed necessary, XLTRADE may review active accounts with regard to trading activity, strategy, and risk exposure.
 

TERMINATION

In the event of account irregularities, legal, regulatory, or technical issues, excessive risk exposure, inactivity, unreasonable, incomprehensible, or unrealistic trading strategies or automated systems, or any other issue deemed relevant by XLTRADE, XLTRADE reserves the right to terminate an XL Alpha Account at any time.

You acknowledge that XLTRADE is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account termination.

In the event of termination, XLTRADE will return any remaining security deposit within 180 calendar days.
 

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

All communications relating to an XL Alpha Account, including emails, messages, account statements, account reviews, and related correspondence, are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed publicly.

Furthermore, publishing defamatory or otherwise harmful content relating to XLTRADE is strictly prohibited.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You acknowledge that:

• An XL Alpha Account is a funded account with capital provided by XLTRADE.

• The security deposit serves solely to cover downside risk.

• An XL Alpha Account will be terminated if the balance or equity falls 20% below the starting balance.

• Even though there are no specific risk management requirements, you are expected to maintain a reasonable level of risk.

• You are entitled to withdraw profits every 15 calendar days, starting from the date you commence trading.

• All communications relating to XLTRADE funded accounts must remain strictly confidential.
   

AGREEMENT

By commencing trading on an XL Alpha Account, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth above.
