Below, we describe the procedure of how to trade on an XLTRADE Instant Funded Account.

XLTRADE provides instant funded accounts as below:

• $ 10,000

• $ 20,000

• Higher accounts on request

 

You may maximize your profits by exploiting the maximum leverage (1:500) based on the account balance.

​EXAMPLE

If you trade on a $ 100,000 Funded Account, you may exploit the maximum leverage based on the $ 100,000 Account.

FUNDED ACCOUNT

​You receive the Funded Account immediately once the setup fee is received.

NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS

You may open and maintain accounts of any level without limits. However, XLTRADE at its sole discretion is entitled to limit the number of accounts or reject traders from account opening.

The relevant time zone for all trading is GMT.

​PROFIT ACCUMULATION

​The profit accumulation on a Funded Account is unlimited.

​PROFIT SHARE

​You retain 100% of your profits on a Funded Account.

PROFIT WITHDRAWAL

You may request the payout of your profits periodically every 30 calendar days starting from the date the trading commenced.
 

Withdrawals may be made via bank wire and Crypto. Upon withdrawal request, you will be asked to provide bank details or a Crypto link.

The trader is required to submit the withdrawal request to XLTRADE three business days before a Withdrawal Day.

On a Withdrawal Day, all positions/orders must be closed/deleted. The withdrawal request may be rejected if you maintain open positions/orders on a Withdrawal Day.

To become eligible for a profit withdrawal, (a) the contribution to the profits of a single position must not be more than 25%, nor must the contribution to the profits be more than 25% in a single trading day; (b) a single losing trade must not account for more than 1.5% of the account balance; (c) the maximum balance drawdown must not be higher than 5%.

MINIMUM TRADING DAYS
To become eligible for profit withdrawal, a minimum of 15 trading days must be maintained in a performance period.

STRATEGY
There are no strategy restrictions. You may trade any style and utilize any EA as long as good risk management/contribution are in place. However, any trading strategy will be reviewed and, at XLTRADE's sole discretion, a trading account may be terminated in the event an unreasonable trading strategy is utilized. HFT bots are not allowed.

MAXIMUM ACCOUNT DRAWDOWN
The maximum account drawdown on a Funded Account is 15% based on the start balance.
Example ($ 100,000)
If the start balance is $ 100,000, the balance or equity must not drop below $ 85,000.
Any violation of the Maximum Account Drawdown will result in the termination of the account.

WEEKLY DRAWDOWN
The Weekly Drawdown allowance is 5%. The Assessment value for the Weekly Drawdown is the Account Balance or Equity (whichever is higher) each Friday, midnight PT.

EXAMPLE ($ 100,000 account balance)
If the account balance or equity (whichever is higher) grows to $ 105,000 (Example) and the balance sits at $ 105,000 (Example) on a Friday, midnight, PT, the assessment basis for the Weekly Drawdown level is $ 105,000 (Example, high watermark). This value holds for the following trading week. As a result, the balance or equity must not drop below $ 99,750 (Example (5%)) during the following trading week. The assessment value (high watermark) adjusts each Friday, midnight PT. If the balance or equity drops below $ 105,000 (Example), the historically highest value (high watermark $ 105,000 (Example)) represents the assessment basis for the Weekly Drawdown. Any violation of the Weekly Drawdown will result in the termination of the account.

DEACTIVATION

​A Funded Account will be deactivated (terminated) in one or more of the following situations:
 

• Violation of the maximum account drawdown.

• Violation of the weekly drawdown levels.

​In any event, you will receive a notification by email.

TERMINATION
​In the event of account irregularities, legal/regulatory/technical issues, risk issues, inactivity, violation of the maximum account drawdown, the weekly drawdown level, or other issues, XLTRADE is entitled to terminate a Funded Account at any time. You acknowledge that XLTRADE is not obliged to provide detailed reasons for Account Termination.

ACCOUNT REVIEW
​Regularly, XLTRADE reviews active Funded Accounts regarding trading activities and risk exposure.

SETUP FEE
The setup fee is non-refundable.*
EXCEPTION
If you demonstrate profitable trading over the period of three consecutive months starting from the date trading has commenced, the setup fee will be refunded.
*In the event of an unjustified chargeback attempt, a fee of $750 will be charged.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The communication in connection with XLTRADE Funded Accounts (emails, messages, account statements, a.s.o) is strictly confidential and must not be made public.  Further, any public notes (posts) containing defamation are strictly forbidden. XLTRADE reserves the right to take legal action in the event of non-compliance. Non-compliance shall be deemed to result in a penalty of $ 50,000. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

• You are aware that you trade on capital provided by the company (funded account).

• You acknowledge that you must trade the account/s at a reasonable risk level.

• You acknowledge that you are entitled to withdraw profits periodically every thirty calendar days starting from the date trading has commenced.

• You acknowledge that any communication in connection with XLTRADE Funded Accounts must be kept strictly confidential.​

AGREEMENT

By purchasing an account, you agree and you are bound to the conditions above.
